I did not get my confirmation email

Check your spam folder and that the address is spelled correctly. You need to confirm your email before you can sign in.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, then type the code we send you and choose a new password. The code works once and expires soon.

I want to delete my account

In the app, open the Account tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your dog profiles and your training history.

My dog needs more than training

Wuflo is for everyday, reward-based training. For aggression, severe fear, pain or a sudden change in behavior, talk to your vet or a qualified professional.
